How do I place an order?
- Step 1: Select the book(s) of your choice,
- Step 2: Click on the “Add to cart” icon,
- Step 3: Click the Shopping Basket icon
- Step 4: Confirm the details of the item(s) you have ordered in “View Cart” and click “Checkout”
- Step 5: Key in your user-ID and password. If you are a new customer, kindly click “Register Account” and fill in the following details
- Account and Billing details
- Delivery Details
- Delivery Method
- Payment Method
How will I know if my items have been processed/delivered?
After you have checked out, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your order. After it has been shipped, another email will be sent to you with the tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your items at the respective courier website. Details will be provided to you on how to do this in the same email.
Can I cancel/change an order after I have confirmed it?
As we seek to send the items to you as soon as the order is confirmed, it may be difficult to cancel the order after it has been confirmed. However, exceptional cases will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis.
Can I place my order over the telephone?
It is much more convenient to buy your favourite books through our Internet store but we still accept telephone orders.
Can I pay by cash or bank-in the payment?
We only accept payment via credit cards, debit cards or e-banking from participating banks supported by SenangPay. If you wish to pay using other payment mode, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I pay via Credit Card?

What are the payment methods accepted?

How long will it take to deliver my parcel?
Delivery time is 2-7 days within Peninsular Malaysia subject to payment clearance, system error, delivery location and availability. Estimated delivery time excludes the 48-hours order processing time. It doesn’t include weekends or holidays.
What will happen if I’m not around to receive to parcel?
If there is no one present to receive the package or parcel, the courier service will leave a Delivery Notice for further instructions.
Please note that the courier service will make two delivery attempts before returning your parcel or package back to Penerbit Ilmu Bakt. In this case, you are required to bear any additional delivery costs.
Do you accept shipment to PO Box address instead of a full address?
Please note that no shipments can be made to PO Box addresses. Failure to provide a physical address will delay your shipment.
What are the delivery charges?
